Basin and Range: Abstract Landscape

The “Basin and Range” series relates to the repetition of desert basins
and mountain ranges in the western US where I often return for solitude,
renewal and communion with the earth. Much of my imagery offers a sense of
openness and vast landscapes  which suggest spaciousness and unrestrained possibilities.
These limitless open spaces are calming and meditative to me.
I find solace in these landscapes of distant horizons.
