My panels are made specifically with
the demands of encaustic art in mind, although
certainly usable with any medium.
As an encaustic artist myself,
I understand the need for an
absorbent and rigid panel to support
the encaustic painting. When I started
making panels for my art, I also wanted
them to be beautiful, both pleasing to
work with and as a quality presentation
base for my art.
Each panel is custom made to the
artist’s specifications working closely
with the artist in the design
and construction to provide a quality
foundation for artistic creativity.
The distinctive clean appearance
and precision construction
allows gallery presentation
without the need
for further framing.
Only the best quality materials are used in creating the panels. The standard cradled panel is made withdomestic, furniture grade, 3/4" white maple plywood in a mitered cradle frame. The cradle is topped with a 1/4” Baltic birch panel. White maple veneer panels are also available.
